TRIBUNALS Appeared and advised on Company matters, court convened mergers and Insolvency proceedings before National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, various pollution matters before National Green Tribunal, advised and appeared before Debt Recovery Tribunal and in Arbitration proceedings including enforcement of Arbitral Awards before Courts.
