With 20 years of experience dedicated to private practice of the profession and academic work as a professor in different universities in the country, Mr. Cisternas participates by personally attending to complex dispute resolution processes in diverse economic and commercial areas, as well as in the management and supervision of teams of lawyers. Specialist in the resolution of complex conflicts in diverse matters of economic and commercial order, with an important experience in negotiations and litigations, including national and international arbitration. Previously, he worked as a lawyer at the firm Espina, Zepeda & Acosta.
Mr. Cisternas was included in Leaders League 2020 edition for his practice in Dispute Resolution – White Collar Crime.
