Partner

Felipe has 15 years of experience as a lawyer and is a partner at the firm and a litigation expert. His main areas of practice are Telecommunications, Constitutional, Regulatory, Labour, and Consumer Law, in which he works both as a consultant and conducting litigation, with an emphasis on the Superior Courts, especially the Supreme Federal Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Superior Labor Court. He is the leader of our Telecommunications Law team and has been working extensively on a wide range of matters within the field, concerning regulatory restrictions, consumer and workers’ rights, state and local law limitations, and others.
