Marcio has 26 years of experience and its main areas of practice are Administrative, Regulatory, and Economic Law, in which he works both as a consultant and as a litigation conductor in cases before the Federal Court of Auditors (TCU) and the Federal Comptrollers’ Office (CGU). He has been working extensively in matters regarding public sector contracts and economic regulation.  

He holds an LL.B. (1996), an LL.M. (1999), and a PhD (2020) in Public Law from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro - UERJ.  Marcio is a Professor of Administrative Law at IBMEC (Rio de Janeiro) and is the author of several chapters and articles in specialized periodicals.
