André is a lawyer with over 16 years of experience. He supports clients on complex Consulting / Litigation / Administrative / Regulatory matters, including data breaches and communication to the Authority; (ii) Technology and Privacy Litigation: represents varied big tech companies and startups on strategic Litigation (mainly Class Actions) matters involving Technology, Privacy, Data Protection, Innovation and Consumer Laws. Also represents tech companies like Uber before the Brazilian Ads Self Regulation Council - CONAR.   

André holds a LLB (2005) from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a LLM from the University of Chicago Law School (2009). He was the first LL.M. student to receive “The Ann Watson Barber Outstanding Service Award for Exceptional Contributions to the Quality of Life at the University of Chicago Law School”.
