His main areas of practice are Banking Law, Civil Liability, and Financial Market, with an emphasis on the Superior Courts, especially the Superior Court of Justice. He holds an LL.B. from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (1994), a post-graduate degree in Civil Procedure from the Pontifical University of São Paulo – PUC/SP, and an LLM in Financial Market Law from the Insper Institution (SP).
