Career

As well as being a qualified employment lawyer delivering strategic legal solutions, Suki is also CIPD qualified enabling her to deliver practical solutions for individual business needs.  

Her employer clients range from SMEs through to global companies.  When acting for employers she invests time in understanding the client’s organisation and in particular its culture and values as she respects one size does not fit all. She has undertaken a 12 month in-house secondment with a global technology leader as Senior Legal Counsel so has first-hand experience of being in the “client’s shoes.” As well as being hands on in day to day workplace issues Suki is particularly well versed in large scale restructures and redundancies and has been involved in a number of projects with Senior Management Teams of clients to deliver their people strategy.

Suki delivers HR training to managers and executives, tailored to business needs to empower them to manage staff efficiently and provides employment law updates to HR teams to keep them abreast of changes.

​Suki also supports senior executives and directors in agreeing exits for them. She has acted for several high-profile executives in complex exit negotiations securing favourable terms.  She is a strong negotiator who puts up a good fight for her clients.
