Frans has more than 15 years of experience working as a lawyer, including 6.5 years with international law firms in Singapore and a 6-month secondment with an international bank in Singapore. His overseas experience and his client secondment enable him to have remarkable acumen in commercial matters and understand clients’ commercial needs.

Frans handles a full range of banking and finance matters as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has wide and extensive experience in handling highly sophisticated cross-border and local transactions, acting for banks, financial institutions, credit funds, private equities as well as corporations and sponsors.
