Victor is an Associate in the Firm’s Technology & IP practice. His practice focuses on technology, telecommunications and media transactions and advisory, intellectual property transactions and advisory, competition regulation, cybersecurity and privacy compliance and payments regulation. He is part of the team providing corporate restructuring of Poa Internet Kenya, a low-cost ISP start-up to accommodate a $28 million financing round. This involved conducting due diligence on the parties involved in the M&A transaction; obtaining transaction regulatory authorizations; tax advisory; increase and creation of a new class of shares; allotment of shares and general advisory on the transaction
