Restructuring and Insolvency

Rocco is co- head of the Insolvency and Restructuring team. He is a very experienced insolvency lawyer and bankruptcy trustee. For more than 30 years involved in hundreds of bankruptcies, including several high-profile cases. He also regularly represents clients on insolvency related matters.

Rocco is former President of Insolad (the Dutch Association of Insolvency Lawyers), lecturer and examiner of the Grotius Academy (University of Nijmegen and Insolad), author of several publications on insolvency Law, member of the newsletter of Insolad and former managing partner of the firm.
