Carel Henderson is co-founder of LXA Advocaten and heads the Corporate/M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) team. He advises companies, investors and family offices on acquisitions, participations, joint ventures and financing. In doing so, he helps clients to carefully structure transactions and properly anchor strategic choices.

In his practice, Carel works on national and international transactions, often in combination with real estate and project development. He supports clients in structuring deals, negotiations and recording agreements. Carel helps parties to maintain progress and manage risks by linking legal frameworks to commercial reality.
