Herman Knotter is co-founder of LXA Advocaten and heads the Commercial Contracts team. He assists companies with commercial partnerships. His focus is on franchising, agency and distribution. He works closely with management teams and helps formulas to structure their partnerships in a legally clear and future-proof manner.

In his practice, Herman is involved in setting up, restructuring and guiding national and international franchise concepts. He advises on contract formation and conducts proceedings when partnerships come under pressure. By combining advice and litigation, he helps clients maintain control over their commercial relationships and deal with disputes in a targeted manner.
