Brigitte Vleer supports employers in complex employment law issues and reorganisations, among other things. In particular, she focuses on translating business objectives and optimising them within the legal framework. Issues such as employee participation, redeployment and dismissal also play an important role in this. She also assists companies and entrepreneurs with strategic personnel issues and individual (dismissal) procedures.

With years of experience in employment law and a pragmatic approach, Brigitte helps her clients to quickly understand legal issues and find workable solutions. She has a direct, accessible communication style and the ability to achieve results quickly and effectively.
