Position

Hajar Benyachou is Senior Associate at Afrique Advisors.

She has a strong knowledge of Moroccan Law and practice in the areas of foreign investments, joint-ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and advises local and international companies in these different fields.

She has assisted many international and national clients (including industrial companies and investments funds) in transfer and acquisition process of companies operating in different industries (insurance, pharmaceutical laboratories, education). She has also experience in dealing with exchange control regulation, contract law, and project finance.

She also advices legal directions of Moroccan companies in their day-to-day management operations.

Career

Hajar Benyachou joined Afrique Advisors in May 2018. She is mainly managing the corporate and M&A activity of the firm.

Hajar Benyachou has a significant experience in corporate law and merger and acquisition. She practiced in French and Moroccan top tier law firms. Hajar previous experience includes working as a legal advisor in one of the largest African bank.
