Antonis is specializing in corporate and commercial law matters and has significant experience on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He has been involved in many of the firm’s deals providing assistance and working with clients active in energy, hotels & tourism and electricity industry. He is advising and assisting domestic and international clients in the full spectrum of corporate transactions from carrying out legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating share purchase and ancillary agreements to undertaking all the legal formalities and documentation for the completion of the transactions. He is also advising on a wide range of corporate, regulatory and compliance issues.

Antonis holds an LL.B. from the Thrace Law School, an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from University of Birmingham and an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance Law from University of Piraeus.
