Prokopis is specializing in business, employment and privacy law, having qualified as a Certified Data Protection Officer, and is advising clients in relation to a wide array of IT, IP, regulatory and data protection matters. Prokopis is also advising corporations for labour law issues and compliance.

Prokopis is also involved with many of the firm’s M&A projects providing active assistance in legal due diligence exercises in areas, such as Employment, Energy,  Hotels & Tourism and Biochemicals.
