Emma leads a team which specialises in providing wills, trusts and tax planning advice for high net worth individuals, professionals, academics, entrepreneurs and farmers. Emma is adept in dealing with complex probates for families across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on business-owning families. She is recognised in the 2022 Legal 500 Guide as a Leading Lawyer.

Emma is skilled at providing efficient succession planning advice, involving complex assets such as business interests, so as to ensure that these assets are held in a tax efficient manner and can seamlessly pass down to future generations. She also takes a multi-disciplinary approach, dealing directly with her clients and with their other professional advisers, where appropriate, so as to ensure that they receive comprehensive advice.

Emma is experienced at dealing with complex administration of estates, including multiple jurisdictions, contested probates and agricultural and business interests requiring extensive negotiation with HM Revenue & Customs.

Emma is known for being supportive and approachable to all her clients, whilst also providing robust, thorough and clear advice that ensures that the client’s objectives are achieved. Emma understands business and personal requirements and works with you to tailor solutions to your needs.
