Lucy works with clients to achieve their business goals. She has extensive experience of acting for both landlords and tenants in leasehold transactions and in freehold acquisitions and disposals. She acts for a variety of clients including technology companies, property developers, Cambridge Colleges, social housing providers and national retailers. Her clients range from small start-up companies to landlords with large property portfolios.

Lucy trained at a large regional firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2010 before joining Barr Ellison in 2014.
