Career
Francesca is an Associate in the Personal Wealth Team. She has experience in a wide range of areas of private client law, with a particular focus on assisting elderly and vulnerable clients and their families.
She assists clients in the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, estate & inheritance tax planning, trust creation, and administration of estates. In addition, her experience includes applications to the court of protection, advising attorneys & deputies, care funding and mental capacity considerations.
Francesca has worked in the private client legal services sector since 2012, building up valuable practical experience over the years. She qualified as a solicitor in 2017, and joined Barr Ellison in April 2023.
Memberships
Francesca is a fully accredited member of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly), STEP qualified and Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Friends. She is a member of two of STEP’s Special Interest Groups: Mental Capacity and Digital Assets Special Interest Groups.
