Jocelyn is a Court of Protection specialist with experience of the Mental Capacity Act and its implications for Deputyship matters and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Jocelyn has extensive knowledge of the interplay of Deputyships with state benefits, care fees and future planning for clients. With excellent client care skills, Jocelyn is focused on ensuring the best possible outcome.
Jocelyn is a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) and former Deputy Chair of the STEP Mental Capacity Special Interest Group. She is a Consultant Partner at Taylor Vinters.
Education
She graduated with a degree in law from Reading University in 1982.
