Herbert Prelle is a labour lawyer with a distinguished career, blending experience as both an external attorney and in-house counsel. Herbert was a part of Vinatea & Toyama in its initial phase, prior to their merger with Miranda & Amado, where he served as a partner until 2008.    

He then transitioned to Backus (AbInBev), initially taking on the role of Head of Labour Relations and, for the final two years up to 2016, serving as Head Partner of Human Resources. Herbert rejoined our firm as a partner when it was reestablished in 2019.   

Herbert Prelle is an expert in labour relations and a strategic advisor who also directly participates in highly complex collective negotiations.
