Magaly Alarcón has 20 years of experience as a labour lawyer and is part of the team who came from Miranda & Amado to restart Vinatea & Toyama. Magaly Alarcón is co – head of the Litigation Area.   

Magaly Alarcón is a recognized litigator, handles high profile processes and designs complex judicial defence strategies. However, Magaly's practice extends beyond litigation, with 40% of her professional endeavors dedicated to advisory, addressing client inquiries.

We emphasize her exceptional ability to empathize with HR managers, offering guidance on their most crucial and sensitive employment issues, such as collective bargaining agreements, termination procedures, and workplace sexual harassment prevention procedures.
