Senior Partner

Madhu Mohan Damodhar began his vocational journey in an advertising agency, later foraying into the automotive sector, before taking the civil services road after his selection into the Indian Revenue Service (IRS). In his thirty three years of governmental experience, he has held various positions in Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax departments up to the rank of Principal Commissioner, including stints in the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Settlement Commission and the Large Taxpayer Unit (LTU). From 2016 to 2019, he was Member Technical of the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT).

In TLC, he handles advisory and litigation work of Customs , GST and legacy issues of Service Tax, besides helming Knowledge Sharing Sessions on indirect tax issues within the organisation.

Apart from his formal qualifications, he has international credentials in Psychometric Testing, Life Coaching and Applied Neuroscience Coaching. In his spare time, he imparts pro bono life coaching to help improve lives, relationships and business performance. He also dabbles in playwriting.
