Senior Partner

S. P. S. Pundir has thirty five years of experience of working in the Government of India, including as the Commissioner of Customs at Calcutta and Mumbai and as Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Mumbai. He also functioned as the Director General of Central Excise Intelligence (DGCEI). He retired as Special Secretary and Director General of Central Economic Intelligence Bureau (CEIB), the nodal agency for economic intelligence of the Department of Revenue in the Ministry of Finance. Even while in the Government, he was renowned for his drafting skills. Many of his adjudication and appellate orders are a lesson in adroit crafting which have stood the test of time.

In TLC, he is actively associated with advisory, litigation and advocacy work relating to GST, Customs, Excise and Service Tax.
