Tushar Desai was a Partner with Bhaishankar Kanga and Girdharlal (BKG) for over thirty years and was subsequently with Link Legal India Law Services. He has vast experience of handling litigation concerning Corporate and other commercial Laws. He also has considerable experience in property related matters including drafting of development agreements, conveyances and other documentation relating to leasing/renting of properties.
In TLC, he is involved with business and transaction structuring from any Indirect Tax perspective.
