A gold medallist graduate from Delhi University , Ritu Jain also acquired a Masters in Management Studies(MMS) from NMIMS Mumbai and a LL.B from Mumbai University. Before joining TLC, she worked in the banking industry for several years and held critical positions in Citibank and ICICI Bank. She has more than fifteen years of experience in indirect tax issues.

In TLC, she handles advisory work relating to GST and other indirect tax matters. She also takes a keen interest in work flow and work place improvements at TLC.

She likes to spend her free time in reading, delving into a variety of subjects. She is also actively engaged in spiritual pursuits.
