Sunil Nawandhar has seventeen years of professional experience and specialises in tax advisory and tax management in indirect taxation relating to GST, Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, Foreign Trade Policy & Special Economic Zone (SEZ).

In TLC, he handles advisory and litigation work relating to Customs and other indirect tax matters. He appears in litigation cases before adjudicatory and appellate forums up to the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT). He is also a key member of the Due Diligence team of the firm and has been involved in tax optimisation auditing of leading corporates.
