Ramnath Prabhu began his career at the law chambers of K.S.Ravi Shankar, an Advocate based in Bangalore, practising in the areas of indirect taxation. He has more than ten years of professional experience and specializes in handling litigations in Indirect Taxation viz. GST, Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax, VAT/Sales Tax and Foreign Trade Policy.

In TLC, he handles advisory and litigation work relating to GST, Customs, Excise and Service Tax. He appears regularly before the CESTAT and the High Courts. He also advises a number of companies on indirect tax matters including structuring of transactions to achieve tax efficiency. He is a regular speaker in seminars and workshops organized by leading professional and trade bodies like Chamber of Tax Consultants.
