Tuhina completed her LL.B. from Gujarat National Law University in 2011.

She has been a part of the TLC family since the beginning of her career. In the ten years gone by, she has worked in diverse areas of indirect taxation such as Customs, Excise, Service Tax, GST and Foreign Trade Policy. She specialises in WTO and International Trade laws, Anti-dumping duty, Safeguard duty, and Anti-subsidy duty investigations. She regularly represents domestic industries, exporters and importers in trade remedial investigations before the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR), CESTAT, High Courts and Supreme Court.
