Kartik Dedhia has more than twelve years of professional experience in the field of indirect taxation and he specialises in handling litigations in GST, Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT/Sales Tax and Foreign Trade Policy.

Kartik began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt. Ltd. (PwC), Mumbai in their indirect tax service unit and has handled various indirect tax litigations, consultancy and due diligence assignments. During his stint at PwC, Kartik has also worked on GST implementation projects for various companies.

At TLC, he handles advisory and litigation work relating to GST, Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax and Foreign Trade Policy. He appears before the Adjudication and Appellate authorities, CESTAT and the High Courts. He also advises a number of companies on indirect tax matters including structuring of transactions to achieve tax efficiency.
