Niall, a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel, is an acknowledged expert in his field, with more than a decade of experience acting on a full range of complex clinical negligence cases on behalf of both adults and children, including sepsis, brain injury, spinal injuries and injuries sustained during birth.

In recent years he has developed a well-deserved reputation for his knowledge and expertise in cases where there has been a delay, or a failure to diagnose, cancer, often resulting in a fatality, and in orthopaedic cases where there has been a delay, or failure to diagnose an injury, often resulting in the client suffering permanent disability.

A solicitor advocate, he represents clients and their families in court hearings and inquests and is acknowledged to be a highly effective litigator; he is also qualified to practice as a solicitor not only in England and Wales but also Northern Ireland.  Over his career he has achieved millions of pounds in settlements and is tireless in his determination to deliver the best possible outcome for his clients.
