Ameerah is a Junior Assocciate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, specialising in Real Estate, Tourism, and Education.
Prior to joining ADSERO, Ameerah worked as a content writer for two years, collaborating closely on various projects for the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Local Development.
Furthermore, during her time as a trainee, Ameerah developed a broad range of legal skills, including drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, and legal memos, conducting legal research across the various fields of law, and preparing Ordinary General Meetings (OGMs) and Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings (EGMs). She has also provided legal opinions and analyses in real estate, pharmaceuticals, and employment.
