Aya joined ADSERO - Ragy Soliman & Partners in December 2019. She has solid experience in banking, project finance, capital markets, general corporate, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining ADSERO, Aya interned at top-tier international law firms in Paris such as Norton Rose Fulbright, Gide and Jeantet.

Aya represents local and international banks and companies concerning facility agreements. She also advises high-profile clients with respect to factoring, securitization, financial lease, Islamic finance, investment funds, Sukuk, education and e-commerce matters. Furthermore, she has experience in drafting and reviewing agreements inter alia consumer finance agreements, factoring agreements, Ijara agreements, e-payment agreements, security documents, in addition to drafting memorandums and legal opinions.

Aya has more than two years of professional experience, speaks fluent Arabic, English and French and is qualified to practice law in Egypt.
