Associate

Farida joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners as a Junior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department in 2021. Farida is part of the Retail, E-Commerce, and Logistics team.

Farida advises clients on matters related to data protection, retail, e-commerce regulations, consumer protection, media and logistics. She also handles direct interaction with governmental authorities. In addition, Farida provides due diligence and handling matters for significant e-commerce and TMT companies such as Amazon.

Before joining ADSERO, Farida has interned in different top-tier law firms and in-house in Egypt in civil, commercial & corporate, criminal and data protection law, among others. In addition to arbitration and litigation. She has adequate experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and drafting memos and due diligence.

In 2018, Farida attended a summer program for International Criminal Law from theory to practice in Leiden University, the Hague. During her time at Leiden University, she obtained experience in examination and cross-examination, participated in a moot court and was immersed in the field through lectures in different aspects of international criminal law.
