Position
A Partner at the Firm, Stephen specialises in dealing with sales, purchases, refinancing and leases for a wide variety of properties including shops, offices, warehouses, factories, restaurants and care homes as well as dealing with the sale and purchase of land for development. Stephen has specialist knowledge of the property aspects of franchising, regularly representing franchises including restaurants, opticians and mobile phone shops.
Education
Stephen obtained a 2:1 (Hons) LLB Law Degree at the Nottingham Trent University in 1998, before completing his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in 1999.
