negotiation process, legal opinions, governmental coordination and legal drafting for all required documentation and agreements.

His expertise includes real estate and hospitality deals structure, corporate- finance transactions, development and co-development agreements, shareholders and management agreements, asset
management agreements, sales and purchase agreements, banking collection, embezzlement and
laundering, bank contracts, commercial loans, foreign exchange and international loans, as well as capital issues, settlement agreements and project finance.
