Mohamed is a Partner and Head of the Firm’s Corporate, Commercial, and Mergers & Acquisitions’ Department. A team leader in the department specializing in the Firm’s Corporate Structure, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Market, Construction, Labor and General Corporate. He is also a team leader in the department specializing in the Firm’s Oil and Gas, pharmaceutical and Healthcare matters, which he acquires a solid experience.

With more than 20 years of experience in the legal field, Mohamed brings a wealth of solid legal corporate and multinational experience. Mohamed worked in tier one national and international Law Firms. He advised multinational and local clients in various legal aspects including, inter alia, M&As, Capital Market, General Corporate, Corporate Structuring.

Mohamed closed Mergers and acquisitions deals whether local or cross boarder deals with amounts exceeding 5 billion USDs.

He is an active member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiator (“AIPN”). AIPN is an international independent professional membership association that supports international energy negotiators around the world and enhances their effectiveness and professionalism in the international energy community. AIPN is a global association well-known to company’s working in the Energy Sector and it is closed and exclusive for Energy Sector’s practitioners.
