Sze Si’s main area of practice is in commercial litigation such as shareholders’ disputes, breach of directors’ duties, derivative actions, personal and corporate insolvencies and debt recovery for financial institutions. Sze Si has been the instructing solicitor to various law firms in Singapore, Hong Kong, England and British Virgin Islands in a multi jurisdiction shareholders’ dispute since 2015.

Sze Si has been involved in various trials in commercial disputes at the High Court and appeals in the Court of Appeal and Federal Court since she joined the Firm in 2009.

Obtained her LLB with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom in July 2006 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales at Lincoln’s Inn in October 2007. Upon completion of her pupillage, she was called to the Malaysian Bar in August 2009.

She enjoys diving, travelling and coffee. She also has an active interest and concern for the environment.
