Nasema has an active practice in complex litigation since 1998. She is experienced in handling a wide range of disputes including contractual, commercial and corporate disputes, land law, administrative law and intellectual property related matters. She has also prosecuted claims based on banker’s liability including negligence against financial institutions. She welcomes instructions outside these fields.

She has appeared in courts at all levels in Malaysia, domestic tribunals as well as arbitration pursuant to International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Rules in London.

She also advises clients in non-contentious matters.
