M. Efser Karayel-Keßler is the Managing Partner of the firm. Her practice focuses on Turkish and International Business Law.

In 2009, Karayel-Keßler completed an internship at the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development in Germany (Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung) and in 2011 she completed her master’s degree at the University of Cologne (graduation note: summa cum laude). She was accepted to the PhD program of the Cologne University, and awarded with a scholarship for her doctorate studies by the German Carl-Arthur Pastor Foundation. Between 2008-2010, she worked at the Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions department of the Cologne branch of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. Between the years 2013-2017, she worked at the Law Department of Generali Deutschland Holding AG. Since 2017 she is the Managing Partner of the firm.
