Career

Licensed since 2023 Attorney at Law at stetter Rechtsanwälte since 2023 Legal training in Munich Munich Bar (admitted to all German Courts, except the Federal Court of Justice in Civil Law)

Cheyenne studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, with a special interest in "Criminal Justice, Criminal Defense and Prevention".

Since 2023, Cheyenne is an Associate at stetter Rechtsanwälte. She provides legal counsel and representation to individuals and companies in matters related to white-collar criminal law. Her practice focuses on defending clients facing coercive measures in criminal proceedings, with a particular emphasis on pre-trial detention cases.

She is dedicated to upholding the legal rights of detainees, which are occasionally disregarded and actively advocates for the rights of detainees, particularly in instances where visiting privileges are unjustifiably restricted. In her inaugural year at the firm, Cheyenne played a pivotal role in significantly enhancing the rights of pre-trial detainees in a German prison. Through her efforts, the visiting hours for all pre-trial detainees in the facility, which had long been curtailed, were extended to meet statutory minimum requirements.

Beyond her legal acumen, Cheyenne prioritizes providing compassionate support to her clients and their families, especially during the emotionally challenging and uncertain period of pre-trial detention.
