Sanjeet trained at IP Firm HGF Law before joining Kempner Robinson (as it then was) as a Newly Qualified Solicitor in 2009.  She is now a Senior Solicitor at Haseltine Lake Kempner.

Her practice includes litigation of hard and soft IP; she has litigated at the Patents Court, IPEC and Court of Appeal and has a wealth of experience in relation to Court process and procedure.  By way of example, Sanjeet has assisted BASF, the largest chemical company in the world, in relation to all its UK litigation since 2009.

Sanjeet also prosecutes UK trade marks and designs, looks after large worldwide IP portfolios, provides clients with strategic gap analysis and renewal advice and conducts complicated multi-jurisdiction clearance advice.

Her experience stretches across a diverse range of industries including chemical/pharmaceutical, retail, fashion and tech/software.
