Position
Atorney-at-law, managing partner of Lubasz and Partners. Specializes in e-commerce, new technology law, data protection, artificial intelligence law, e-commerce. Legal Representative of the Chamber of Digital Economy for legislative matters. For nearly 10 years, has represented the e-commerce industry in legislative processes before ministries, the Parliament (Sejm), and the Senate.
Career
Provides legal advice to the internet marketing industry (SEM, performance marketing), online platforms, mobile applications, and entities introducing innovative e-commerce solutions. Participant in the European Commission project on the e-Commerce Directive.
Lecturer in postgraduate studies on e-commerce at: the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, the University of Łódź, and Kozminski University. Co-author of commentaries on: the Digital Services Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, the Act on the Protection of Databases, GDPR, and others. Editor of monographs "E-commerce. A Practical Guide" and "Consumer Protection for Entrepreneurs". Co-initiator and project manager of "Rzeczowo o Prawie", a series of short legal webinars for entrepreneurs. Speaker at conferences on data protection, e-commerce, and new technologies.
He serves as the Legal Representative of the Chamber of Digital for legislative matters. He is responsible for identifying draft legal acts relevant to the digital economy and subsequently preparing the Chamber’s positions on these projects.
In 2025, 2024, and 2023, he was recognized as a Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500 ranking.
