Mafalda worked at Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho in Lisboa for over 11 years,  with a secondment experience at Davis Polk & Wardwell in London as foreign associate.

At CCSL Advogados Mafalda  leads the corporate and financial law practices combining her expertise in both areas. She is responsible for supporting clients with corporate, financial and capital markets issues.

Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Portuguese Bar Association (admitted in 2010).

Law Degree (Nova School of Law, 2007). Postgraduate Studies in Financial Markets (Lisbon University School of Law, 2011).
