Victoire Segard began her career at the Gibson Dunn Paris office, where she developed an expertise in M&A and business litigation, before joining Galembert Avocats in 2018. Her practice currently focuses on corporate litigation, including governance issues, shareholders and M&A litigation and liability of executives (civil or white collar). She represents clients of the firm in judicial and arbitral proceedings.
