A specialist in the field of commercial and business law, methodology of drafting commercial contracts as well as comprehensive services in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions and Venture Capital and Private Equity investments on the domestic and foreign markets, including in particular legal structuring of transactions / investments and preparation of transactional documentation with the use of individually customized and specialized contractual instruments.

An expert in conducting specialized legal due diligence and vendor due diligence examinations for investors and both potential sellers and buyers of corporate entities.

An expert in negotiating transactional and investment agreements.

Long-term experience in legal advisory and on-going corporate services for corporate entities and capital groups, with particular focus on legal advisory in reorganization of ownership structures, including untypical mergers, demergers and transformations of companies operating within capital groups and other corporate modifications in both private partnerships and corporate entities.
