Piotr Fedorowicz is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland, a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and the head of the real estate practice.
Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort (formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k.) in 2013, he was employed by a number of Polish law firms based in Warsaw and by the legal department of one of the largest construction companies in Poland.
He is a transactional lawyer responsible for advising clients from the commercial property sector, with a particular focus on office and storage property projects. He specialises in complex joint venture and cross-border transactions, as well as in commercial and civil law. His clients mostly include foreign investors, private equity funds and developers. He has handled some of the largest portfolio transactions involving commercial, office, storage and residential properties located in Poland and Europe.
