Jakub Krzemien is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort (formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges - Pawel Rymarz sp.k.) in 2016, he worked for leading Polish law firms.
A specialist in company law and real estate law, Jakub has advised domestic and international companies on corporate matters, M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, including in connection with restructuring processes, project finance, and legal due diligence investigations of companies from various industries.
