Irina provides legal representation to international and domestic entities and natural persons before Romanian courts of law in a wide range of litigation cases regarding civil, commercial and administrative issues.

She has been advising on various disputes concerning contractual or tortious liability, while also handling real estate and construction law related casework.

On a complementary note, Irina’s activity includes providing legal representation on highly sensitive legal matters associated with niche areas of specialization. For example, her recent experience includes assisting clients in relation to multiple administrative procedures and related disputes concerning restitution of the properties abusively taken over by the Romanian state before 1989. Also, she has been providing legal representation to a major player in the EU construction market in an interconnected litigations cluster arising from the non-performance of a public procurement agreement of a FIDIC yellow type.
