Her expertise spans civil, commercial and administrative disputes, with a strong focus on consumer protection litigation. Irina has built a solid practice in this area, coordinating high-profile cases for leading retailers in Romania, as well as handling disputes related to intellectual property, gaming & gambling, real estate and construction.

On a complementary note, Irina’s activity includes providing legal representation on highly sensitive legal matters associated with niche areas of specialization. For example, her recent experience includes assisting clients in relation to multiple administrative procedures and related disputes concerning restitution of the properties abusively taken over by the Romanian state before 1989. Also, she has been providing legal representation to a major player in the EU construction market in an interconnected litigations cluster arising from the non-performance of a public procurement agreement of a FIDIC yellow.
