Adela has an extensive regulatory background. Her primary focus is data privacy and regulatory compliance, with an edge in GDPR aspects and anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks.

She has developed significant expertise in implementing robust personal data protection procedures, including managing legal compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries, such as gaming & gambling, IT, retail, energy, and construction.

Adela has been instrumental in coordinating and contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive policies in relation to data privacy and AML. These include intricate audits, risk assessments and training sessions that helped clients safeguard sensitive information against emerging threats and prevent financial misconduct while ensuring compliance with international and domestic regulations.

In addition, Adela has successfully assisted and represented companies active in the gaming & gambling field during reviews and inspections conducted both by the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) and the National Office for the Prevention and Control of Money Laundering (ONPCSB).

Her expertise is complemented by her extensive background in labor and employment law, in both consultancy and dispute resolution matters. Adela assisted leading multinational and domestic companies in negotiating intricate collective labor agreements, managing collective and individual dismissal procedures, negotiating settlement terms, and strategically defending employer rights during claims and litigations.
